Rodents are the number one culprit in transmitting diseases.  They are destructive, they have been known to cause house and warehouse fires after chewing through electrical cables.  Rats and Mice can be very persistent, when they gain access into your home or business they contaminate food, spread diseases and cause damage.  Rodent control is the only solution to avoid this.
